I’m Susan Toft, CEO of TimeBoss and Founder of The Laundry Lady. TimeBoss started as an in-house solution, developed to manage the growing complexities of The Laundry Lady, which had evolved into Australia’s first online marketplace for laundry services. With a network of contractors spanning different suburbs, we needed a platform to streamline bookings, invoicing, scheduling, and onboarding.
As The Laundry Lady grew, it became clear that other service-based industries faced similar challenges. That’s when we transformed TimeBoss into a versatile SaaS platform, customisable for businesses beyond laundry—from mowing to maintenance and NDIS services.
Today, TimeBoss powers The Laundry Lady while offering the same robust automation and management tools to help other businesses scale. I’m passionate about bringing this solution to more businesses, enabling them to grow with ease and efficiency, just as we have.
